What currency is your store in?
All payments are made in USD. Your bank will convert your total to your currency after your payment has been processed.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
The Onowear Store partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the best prices and the most interesting products.
This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Germany, USA, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc.
Our global partners provide tracking numbers and we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 10-22 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
I ordered two items, why did I only receive one?
Some of our orders are shipped separately. If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items, please do not email us. Your remaining items are on their way. Please allow the shipping times above to receive your entire order.


Why does my tracking info say invalid/not available/not found?
Allow up to 24-72 hours for the post office to update.
At times, tracking may not be available in select countries.


Where can I find my tracking number?
After you submit your order, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address indicated in your shipping order.
